For dogs who are social butterflies, we offer Group Walks with up to 4 dogs per Dog Walker, available in 30 minutes or 1-hour slots. For those dogs who prefer their own space or require one-to-one attention, we offer Solo Walks, available in 30 minutes or 45-minute slots.
We cater to dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments. We are known for being experienced with and able to accommodate larger breeds. This includes working dogs and dogs with reactivity/socialisation issues. Between our staff, we also have experience of personally owning Huskies, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, German Shepherds, Dobermanns, Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, Poodles, Border Collies, Dalmations, Whippets, Terriers… there’s no discrimination here!
In addition to being the number one recommended Dog Services Business within the area, we have also been recognised as one of the Three Best Rated Dog Walkers in Birmingham for 3 consecutive years! Source: https://threebestrated.co.uk. You will find us at the top of the list under any local community Facebook pages ‘recommendations’ tab!
This is no doubt due to our exceptional track record for prioritising quality over quantity and always going the extra mile for our two and four-legged customers.
The majority of our Dog Walkers are also Dog Trainers so they are behaviour conscious at all times. We understand the importance of mentally exercising your dog, as well as physically exercising them. We aim to make all walks as interesting and stimulating as possible for your pooch. We will always be focussing on encouraging good behaviour during walks. Many Owners notice their Dogs come on leaps and bounds just by using our walking services, let alone our training services!
Some of the things that set us apart from others in the unregulated industry of Dog Services are the high standards of service we set for ourselves; the extensive training our team have and continue to receive, and the numerous processes and procedures that are in place to keep our Staff and your Dogs safe during their time with us.
It’s common for our industry to hire a “self-employed” team. All our staff are employed by the business, meaning they are fully insured under our comprehensive insurance policies.
We want our staff to feel secure, safe and well looked after. Having access to employment rights, wages, holidays, pension etc goes a long way to keeping them physically and mentally happy. We strongly believe this flows through to the dogs in our care too!
We continue to keep our Staff trained and experienced with:
- Dog Fight Prevention
- Breaking up an active Dog Fight
- Dog Theft Prevention
- Canine First Aid
- Risk Awareness
- Canine Behaviour / Body Language
Our staff also carry safety equipment for emergencies including:
- Break Sticks (To help should a dog fight occur)
- Spare slip leads (To help should a dog fight occur)
- Farb Spray (To help prevent dog theft)
- First Aid Kits (For Dogs and Humans)
- Panic Alarms (To deter dog thefts)
- Pet Corrector Sprays (Just in case a member of the publics dog attacks a dog we’re walking)
- What Three Words App (Should an Emergency occur, we can pinpoint exactly where our staff are rather than a general idea of a park they are in)
- Dog Safety Seat Belts
- Belt Cutters (Helpful in many situations)
